KaiVox AI is designed exclusively for legitimate business use by companies and professionals who want to automate their customer communication responsibly. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what you may and may not do with the Platform.
This AUP supplements our Terms of Service. By using KaiVox AI, you agree to this AUP. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.
2. Permitted Uses

✅ Run an AI-powered customer service receptionist for your registered business
✅ Use the booking and scheduling system to manage genuine customer appointments
✅ Communicate with your customers via SMS, WhatsApp, and email for service-related purposes
✅ Use the CRM to manage relationships with customers who have consented to be in your database
✅ Automate appointment reminders and follow-ups for customers who have opted in
✅ Use the knowledge brain to store your business's SOPs, FAQs, and service information
✅ Access analytics and reports for your own business insights
✅ Use the API to integrate KaiVox AI with your own internal tools (subject to API terms)
3. Prohibited Uses
❌ What You Cannot Do
❌Spam calling or robocalling: Using the AI for unsolicited outbound marketing calls to people who have not opted in to hear from you
❌Impersonation: Configuring the AI to impersonate another business, brand, government agency, or individual without authorization
❌Data collection without consent: Recording or storing caller data without their knowledge or consent, where consent is required by applicable law
❌Illegal activities: Using the platform to facilitate any activity that is illegal under the laws of India or any applicable jurisdiction — including fraud, money laundering, illegal lending, or selling prohibited goods
❌Harassment and abuse: Using the platform to harass, threaten, intimidate, or engage in hate speech targeting individuals or groups
❌Hacking the platform: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or find security vulnerabilities in KaiVox AI (responsible disclosure: email us at security@kaivoxai.com)
❌Unauthorized reselling: Reselling or sublicensing access to KaiVox AI to third parties without a written agency/reseller agreement with us
❌Healthcare without consent: Using the platform in healthcare settings to collect protected health information (PHI) without ensuring appropriate patient consent mechanisms are in place
❌Financial advice: Configuring the AI to provide financial, legal, or medical advice as a professional service without appropriate disclaimers and human oversight
❌Automated scraping: Using the platform to scrape data from other websites or services in violation of those services' terms
❌DDoS / abuse: Overloading the platform's infrastructure with excessive API requests beyond your plan limits, or attempting to disrupt service for other tenants
❌Adult / illegal content: Configuring the AI persona with adult, obscene, or illegal content
❌Political campaigning: Using the platform for mass automated political outreach, election interference, or voter suppression
4. AI Content Responsibility
You are fully responsible for how you configure your AI persona, the knowledge you upload, and what your AI says to your callers. KaiVox AI provides the infrastructure; the content your AI delivers is determined by your configuration choices.
Review your AI persona settings regularly to ensure they are accurate and appropriate
Do not upload confidential third-party information to the Knowledge Brain without authorization
Do not configure the AI to make promises your business cannot keep (e.g. guaranteed pricing not actually on offer)
Ensure your AI persona's language does not violate any advertising standards in your jurisdiction
5. Violation Consequences
Escalating Enforcement
Violations of this AUP will result in the following, depending on severity:
First violation (minor): Written warning, with requirement to remedy the violation
Second violation / serious first violation: Immediate suspension of account (no refund for remaining period)
Severe or repeat violations: Permanent account termination, forfeiture of wallet balance, reporting to relevant authorities
Legal action: We reserve the right to pursue civil or criminal legal action against users who cause harm to KaiVox AI, other tenants, or their end-users

If you believe another KaiVox AI user is violating this Acceptable Use Policy, or if you have received an unwanted call from a KaiVox AI number, please report it:
