What counts as a "call minute"?
A call minute is 60 seconds of active AI call time. Ringing time before answer is not charged. You're billed in 1-second increments.
What happens when I run out of quota?
Calls continue uninterrupted. Overages are deducted from your wallet balance at your plan's overage rate. You can top up your wallet anytime.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Upgrade takes effect immediately (prorated). Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer a free trial?
No. We put our effort into the product rather than into free minutes, and every call costs us real money to deliver. Call the live demo number to hear exactly what your callers will hear, then pick a monthly plan \u2014 you can cancel any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Razorpay, along with UPI, net banking, and popular wallets.
Is there a setup fee?
