Pricing

KaiVox AI starts at $0/month for the Starter plan, $49/month for Pro, and $149/month for Enterprise. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After your monthly quota of AI minutes is used, calls are charged at a per-minute rate from your wallet.
Yes — all plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You get access to all features during the trial so you can fully evaluate the platform before committing.
Absolutely. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
We do not offer refunds on subscription plans or wallet credits once activated. Exceptions apply only for verifiable duplicate technical charges. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Once your monthly plan quota is exhausted, calls are automatically charged from your wallet at the per-minute overage rate for your plan. You can top up your wallet anytime from the billing dashboard via Stripe or Razorpay.

Features

English is the primary language. The Local Intelligence Engine (Phase 10) supports cultural and language-aware greetings in Hindi, Tamil, Arabic, and English, adjusting based on your tenant location and religion settings. Full multilingual voice support is on the roadmap.
Yes. KaiVox AI handles the full booking flow — callers state their preferred date, time, and service, and the AI checks real-time availability, confirms, and creates the appointment. It also syncs with Google Calendar automatically.
Yes. The AI receptionist is always on — calls at 2am are answered the same as calls at 2pm. You can configure custom after-hours messages and emergency escalation paths for calls outside business hours.
Yes. The AI Persona editor lets you set your business name, greeting style, tone, and personality. The Knowledge Brain lets you add FAQs, pricing, policies, and SOPs. Conversation Flows let you build custom call scripts for specific scenarios.
The AI uses your Knowledge Brain first, then falls back to a graceful response. For complex queries, it can escalate to a human, send an SMS follow-up, or add the call to the missed-call recovery queue.

Getting Started

Most businesses are live in under 30 minutes. Add your services, set your working hours, configure your phone number or connect your existing one, and you are ready to go. The onboarding wizard guides you through each step.
No. KaiVox AI is designed for business owners, not developers. Everything is managed through a visual dashboard — no coding required. If you can use a smartphone, you can use KaiVox AI.
You can buy a DID number directly inside KaiVox AI — Indian numbers via Vobiz, global numbers via Twilio. Alternatively, you can connect your existing business number. Setup instructions are provided for both options.
Yes. You will receive a welcome email with a setup guide, and our documentation covers every feature in detail. For Pro and Enterprise plans, priority email support is available. Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager.

Integrations

Yes. KaiVox AI syncs appointments to Google Calendar automatically — when a booking is created, updated, or cancelled, it is reflected in Google Calendar in real time. OAuth2 connection takes 30 seconds from the Settings page.
Via the REST API (available on Pro and Enterprise plans), you can connect KaiVox AI to any CRM or tool that supports webhooks or HTTP. Zapier integration and native CRM connectors are on the roadmap.
Yes. KaiVox AI handles inbound and outbound WhatsApp messages via Twilio. Appointment reminders, missed-call follow-ups, and review requests can all be sent via WhatsApp.

KaiVox AI follows healthcare data best practices including encrypted data storage, access controls, and audit trails. HIPAA Business Associate Agreements (BAA) are available for Enterprise plan customers. We recommend consulting your compliance officer for specific requirements.
Yes. Multi-location support is built into the Pro and Enterprise plans. Each location can have its own staff, working hours, services, and holiday schedule — all managed from a single dashboard.
