We do not offer refunds on subscription plans, wallet credits, or any fees paid to KaiVox AI. Please read this policy carefully and ensure you understand it before subscribing.
1. Subscription Plans — No Refund
No refund will be issued once a plan is activated (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise)
This applies regardless of whether you have used the service during the billing period
This applies even if you cancel mid-month — access continues until the end of the period, but no money back
Upgrading to a higher plan during a billing period — the upgrade fee is non-refundable
Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the start of the next billing period; no prorated refund for the current period
Your subscription grants you access to the Platform for the duration of the billing period you paid for. You are paying for access, not per-use.
2. Wallet Top-Up Credits — No Refund
Wallet credits are non-refundable once purchased
Unused wallet credits are not refunded if you cancel your account
Credits do not expire — they remain in your wallet as long as your account is active
If your account is terminated for a violation, any remaining wallet balance is forfeited
3. Communication Costs — No Refund
If an SMS or WhatsApp message bounces due to an invalid recipient number, the communication cost is non-refundable
If a call is not answered or answered by voicemail, the per-minute cost is non-refundable
Failed delivery due to carrier issues (network problems, international restrictions) is non-refundable
4. Free Trial
The 14-day free trial requires no payment
We do not automatically charge at the end of the trial — you must actively subscribe
The free trial period cannot be extended
There is nothing to refund for the free trial
5. Exceptions (At Our Sole Discretion)
We may, in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, consider the following:
Exception 1 — Duplicate charge:
If a technical error on our side results in you being charged twice for the same subscription period, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge. Contact us within 7 days of the charge with evidence.
Exception 2 — Extended platform outage:
If KaiVox AI experiences an unplanned service outage of more than 72 consecutive hours caused solely by our infrastructure (not third-party providers like Twilio or OpenAI), we will issue a prorated wallet credit (not a cash refund) calculated for the downtime period relative to your billing cycle.
These exceptions are not automatic — contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis. Decisions are final.
6. How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
Option 1: Go to your Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Subscription
Option 2: Email billing@kaivoxai.com with your account email and cancellation request
Cancellation stops future charges. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining period.
